Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Associate to support daily glass fabrication duties. You will move materials, label products, and perform quality inspections in a fast paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities include rotating through production tasks, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring accurate measurements with a tape measure while contributing to timely production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements with a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, delivery trucks or crates for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production process.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspection and operate or maneuver equipment.
• Ensure proper product flow and layout of the facility.
• Rotate between different production functions as needed.
• Notify supervisor of fabrication issues or logo placement.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend work reliably and follow safety policies.

Production Associate

• Day shift hours- Monday -Friday, start time 9:00am-5:30pm, overtime as required

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
