Job summary

Independence Corrugated, Oak Creek, WI, is seeking Production Workers for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $19.00 hourly with monthly bonuses and strong industry experience. Training on 1st shift for 2–4 weeks is required.

You will operate machinery, match load tags with units, measure all units, and continuously inspect for quality while supporting a safety-first environment and team collaboration.

Independence Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, and corrugated manufacturing industry leader currently has an exciting opportunity available forProduction Workers (2nd & 3rd shift) in Oak Creek, WI. As aProduction Worker, you will be responsible for the ongoing success of production within the plant, assisting with operating machinery, matching load tags with units, measuring all units, continuously inspecting all units for quality, and other duties as assigned.
