Independence Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking Production Workers for 2nd & 3rd shifts in Oak Creek, WI. As a Production Worker, you will assist with operating machinery, matching load tags with units, measuring units, and inspecting quality, contributing to plant productivity.

You must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks; the role offers 40+ hours, monthly bonuses, and a benefits package. High emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the ongoing success of production within the plant, assisting with operating machinery, matching load tags with units, measuring all units, continuously inspecting all units for quality, and other duties as assigned.
