Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking Production Operators for our New Carlisle, Indiana facility. Join a premier manufacturing team with a rotating 4am-4pm schedule and a focus on quality control, safe operation of equipment, and efficient material handling.

Prior manufacturing experience is required, with 0–1 years of experience noted. Candidates must wear steel-toed shoes on day one, pass a background check and drug screen, and be able to lift 50lbs regularly.

• Material Handling: Roll out and prepare material for wrapping, then cut and pack for shipping.

Days 4am-4pm, Pay, $19/HR Rotational Schedule: Enjoy a truly flexible work-life balance! This unique rotating schedule means you work every other weekend (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.). Maximize your time off!

Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Preparation: Precisely bag and weigh ceramic fiber material, ensuring every package meets our rigorous quality standards before shipment.
• Operational Excellence: Expertly operate essential production and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Material Handling: Skillfully roll out and prepare material for wrapping, followed by accurate cutting and packing for final shipment.

Working Hours

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
