Job description

Seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work in a high-tech, cleanroom environment assembling sensitive components. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, steady hand / finger dexterity, and the ability to follow written instructions under minimal supervision.

Training Schedule :

All new hires will begin on 1st shift for training, regardless of their assigned shift.

Training includes :

1. Classroom training (approx. 2 business days or up to 1 week): Covers onboarding tasks such as safety procedures, timecard setup, and access to factory systems.
2. On-the-job training (OTJ): Conducted during daytime hours and includes hands-on instruction prior to transitioning to the designated shift. Duration of OTJ varies based on individual progress.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manual assembly tasks including soldering and component installation.
2. Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
3. Use microscopes and ovens for inspection and processing.
4. Follow detailed written instructions via our Factory Operating System (FOS).
5. Log nonconformances and perform rework as needed.
6. Participate in annual training for safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems.

Required Qualifications :

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; AA / AS degree or technical training preferred.
2. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
3. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation.
4. Strong communication, time management, and adaptability.
5. U.S. Citizenship required.

Desired Skills :

1. Microelectronics or aerospace / defense manufacturing experience.
2. Soldering experience to Military or ANSI / J standards.
3. Strong quality and safety mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
