About the Role:

We are hiring Production Workers to support a variety of roles in a cold storage food manufacturing environment with strict sanitation standards. Positions may include fast-paced line production work or more physically demanding roles involving heavy lifting and material handling. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and a team-based environment.

Pay & Schedule:
• Starting at $15.00/hour
• First Shift: 5: 00 AM – 2: 30 PM or 6: 00 AM – 3: 00 PM (depending on department)
• Second Shift: 3: 00 PM – 11: 30 PM
• Monday– Friday schedule

What You’ ll Do:
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Operate production equipment and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Handle, lift, and move materials safely as required by the role.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Monitor product quality and follow detailed work instructions.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
