FormWood Industries in Indiana is seeking dedicated production team members to operate and assist with manufacturing equipment for hardwood veneer and plywood products. You will handle, prepare, and assemble wood materials, follow work orders, and maintain quality throughout the process.

Join a team focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Training and development are available, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule is typical.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on work preferred, but not required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Operate and assist with production equipment used in manufacturing hardwood veneer and plywood products.
• Handle, prepare, and assemble wood materials throughout the production process.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately label, tag, and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Identify and communicate equipment, material, quality, or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Work with team members to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to make processes safer, easier, and more efficient.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
