FormWood Industries, Inc. is seeking dependable individuals to join our production team focused on hardwood veneer and architectural plywood products.

You will operate production equipment, handle materials, and follow schedules while maintaining quality and safety in a collaborative environment. Prior manufacturing experience helps, but a willingness to learn is valued and rewarded with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on work preferred, but not required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Operate and assist with production equipment used in manufacturing hardwood veneer and plywood products.
• Handle, prepare, and assemble wood materials throughout the production process.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately label, tag, and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Identify and communicate equipment, material, quality, or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Work with team members to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to make processes safer, easier, and more efficient.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
