Job summary

The Advance Group is hiring entry-level Production Workers for a manufacturing company in Holland, OH. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and hands-on training will be provided.

A strong work history and good attendance are valued as you contribute to assembling brushes and applicators at various stations. Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with possible overtime to 5:00 PM and weekly hours around 45–50.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Strong work history and good attendance preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to read millimeter measurements on a ruler; training is provided.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., heavy lifting is uncommon.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Use a heat wand or heating element to seal felt to plastic when needed.
• Apply labels to finished products.
• Package and box finished products.

• Use a simple computer system to monitor production pace.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Production Worker Shift

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Must be available to work until 5:00 PM depending on workload. Currently averaging approximately 45-50 hours per week. Very little weekend work.

Pay

$17/hr
