Job description

Candidates will be in a floater role loading materials onto the line or stacking material as it comes off of the line. They will perform visual quality inspections, cut tiles to size, and stack/palletize finished tiles. Most tiles weigh 2 pounds, but some applications may involve heavier tiles. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently; lifts over 50 pounds require team effort.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the production line.
• Stack materials as they come off the line.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Cut tiles to specified sizes.
• Stack and palletize finished tiles.
• Operate machinery and production lines (minimum 1 year experience).
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Experience with assembly, production, machine operation, finishing, cutting, and use of hand and power tools.
• Material handling and forklift experience preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in visual quality inspection.
• Packing and palletizing experience.

Pay and Benefits
