Trillium is hiring Production Workers in Dublin!

Are you seeking long-term employment with an established company? If you have a manufacturing background and can stand for extended periods, this opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for fabrication by cleaning, grinding, hammering, and scraping.
• Assist with or operate various equipment based on production needs.
• Lift and move materials in and out of fabrication equipment, up to 50 pounds.

This Temp-to-Hire position may convert to full-time based on performance and attendance.

Shift Details and Compensation:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with voluntary overtime. Pay: $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, and Monday – Thursday 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM, with mandatory overtime. Pay: $18.75 - $19.25/hr.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or job shop experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Blueprint reading and comprehension is a plus.
