Position: Production Associate
Location: Henderson, KY
Wage: $27.00/hr
Shift: Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the role involves:

• Filling various roles on the production line as needed
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment
• Preparing, inspecting, or measuring raw materials
• Checking components for compliance and performing finish work if required
• Packaging, storing, and shipping finished goods
• Training or guiding new workers

Ideal candidates will:

• Work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues
• Possess solid knowledge of the subject matter
• Provide leadership, coaching, or mentoring
• Typically have a high school diploma and 2-4 years of experience
• Be team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Have technical skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift heavy objects
