Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Production Worker for a leading food manufacturer in Massachusetts. You will support the production line, perform varied tasks, and help ensure quality and safety. The role is on 2nd shift, with a pay rate of $17 per hour and a cold-temperature environment.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will work across different production areas and pass drug and background screenings as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
