Position: IG Production Associate

What We Offer:

• Pay: $16-20/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Move glass and other materials using tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily
• Transport materials including glass between locations to support production
• Read, attach labels, and perform quality inspections on products
• Operate equipment and manually maneuver items as needed
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow
• Perform various job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect products for abnormalities and report issues immediately
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Consistent attendance, safety adherence, and the ability to perform tasks safely are essential

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure effectively
• Flexibility to work in all production areas
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One year of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
