Job summary

CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc. in Minnesota is hiring a production associate to follow SOPs, safety rules, and Safe Start principles to support packaging operations.

You'll refill pistons and hoppers, label pallets, perform quality checks, and operate a control panel to advance cans. Must be 18+, have math and writing skills, be in good physical condition, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Starting wage is $24.08/hour plus shift differentials on some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Refill pistons – refill and ensure boxes holding pistons are broken down.
• Refill hoppers with frames and chipboard.
• Perform quality inspections and observe scratches, dents, dirt, grease, mis-assembly or broken chunks.
• Label pallets.
• Operate a control panel and manual handle to advance layers of cans.
• Refill banding spools and stretch wrap as needed.
• General clean-up and maintenance in area.

Position Overview

• Semer Feed – refill pistons, make sure boxes holding pistons are broken down
• Refill hoppers with frames and chipboard
