Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for its client in Wilmington and Haverhill, MA. You will support the production line, operate equipment, and help ensure quality and safety across multiple tasks.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The position is on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) in a cold-temperature environment, with drug and background screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
