• Willingness to cross-train and work in all assembly areas.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to perform hand and body warm-up exercises to minimize repetitive motion injuries.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies according to customer orders.
• Examine connections for proper fit and fastening.
• Perform routine assembly tasks with minimal assistance.
• Read and follow standard work instructions and blueprints with guidance.
• Track and receive required parts for assigned product areas.
• Check stock bins and report shortages or incorrect parts.
• Participate in team stand-ups and follow safe ergonomic practices.
• Pack finished products when required.
• Participate in EHS risk reduction activities.
• Adhere to company rules and codes of conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.
• Provide continuous improvement ideas supporting lean and ACE initiatives.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
• Be available for overtime when necessary.
