Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker - Rotating Shift in Norwich, NY to support the manufacturing department and uphold quality and safety standards. The role offers rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM, 3 days on/3 days off, with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities include operating and assisting with equipment, performing sanitation, and completing master batch records per GMP guidelines. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

• Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment including blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS, HTSTs, coolers, heaters, evaporators, dryers, and CIP systems.
• Perform master sanitation in designated areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct in-process testing to verify that finished products meet specified quality standards.
• Accurately complete master batch records following GMP guidelines.
• Operate forklifts safely and lift up to 55 lbs as required during production tasks.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is searching for a Production Worker - General (Production Operator) - Rotating Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker - General (Production Operator) - Rotating Shift, this role will support the manufacturing department and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker - Rotating Shift

Location: Norwich, NY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM, working 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, with every other weekend off.

What's the Job?
