Location: Blue Ash, OH
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or until production is done for the day.

Job Duties

• Assemble MREs (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) by placing assigned food and packaging components into meal bags on a moving assembly line.
• Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently according to production standards.
• Support the production of meals used by military personnel, community support programs, and natural disaster relief efforts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous assembly line, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and tasks in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
• Ability to work in a food-grade production facility while following strict hygiene and safety requirements.
• No jewelry, false eyelashes, artificial nails, or similar items permitted in the production area.

What You Will Do

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

• Assemble MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) by placing items in your designated area on the line into the bag for it to be moved to the next stage in the process.

A Production Worker contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Production Worker supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
