Job summary

Staffmark Group in Blue Ash, OH is hiring a Production Worker on a fast-paced assembly line to build Meals, Ready-to-Eat (MREs) for soldiers and relief efforts. The role offers a steady schedule Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (or until production is done) and pays $15.00 per hour.

You will follow strict food safety procedures, work with a team, and contribute to community support programs and disaster relief missions.

Qualifications

Job Duties

• Assemble MREs (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) by placing assigned food and packaging components into meal bags on a moving assembly line.
• Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently according to production standards.
• Support the production of meals used by military personnel, community support programs, and natural disaster relief efforts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous assembly line, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and attendance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and tasks in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
• Ability to work in a food-grade production facility while following strict hygiene and safety requirements.
• No jewelry, false eyelashes, artificial nails, or similar items permitted in the production area.
