Job summary

Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) in Berea, KY is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our growing team. You will perform general production duties, assemble and pack, operate equipment safely, and inspect products for quality. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general production duties including assembling, packing, and handling materials
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable lifting up to 50-70 lbs. and standing for extended periods

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
