Job summary

Parallel Employment is seeking a motivated Production worker to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for unpackaging disks, palletizing, and ensuring products are packaged accurately while maintaining quality.

This is a 1st shift role with a starting wage of $16-$17 per hour, from 6:30am to 3:30pm. You will set up packaging equipment, monitor processes for efficiency, perform basic maintenance, and help keep a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications.
• Unpackage disks from boxes and set up to be completed for next process.
• Palletizing
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
