Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment as a Packaging Line Operator. You will operate packaging machinery and help meet production goals on the 1st shift (7am–3:30pm), starting at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring quality, performing routine maintenance, and keeping a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
