John Deere is seeking a Production Welder to join the A&I Products (Rock Valley) team. You will perform weld operations in a safety-conscious production environment, adjusting settings to meet quality standards and documenting results.

You will work with CNC/robotic welders and various hand tools, while supporting teammates and maintaining clean, organized workstations. The role requires welding certification or equivalent experience, a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, and the ability to

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED or NCRC.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Welding certification or equivalent experience in welding.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts and sub-assemblies to specification using various welding processes.
• Adjust voltage, heat, pressure, and speed to maintain quality.
• Read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Record data and keep quality/maintenance records.
• Check results against specifications and correct as needed.
• Operate forklifts and industrial trucks to move materials/equipment.
• Use CNC/robotic welding equipment and other tools.
• Lubricate and inspect equipment and tooling.
• Support team members and maintain a clean work area.
