Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 35 pounds.

  • Follow all safety procedures and plant rules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow 5S workplace standards.
  • Use handheld pneumatic and battery-powered tools.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Complete required training.

Production/Weld Operator
Job Summary

We are hiring Production/Weld Operators to join a manufacturing team producing automotive components. This position involves working on an assembly line, operating welding equipment and manufacturing machinery, inspecting finished components, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

This is a hands‑on manufacturing position that is a great fit for candidates with production, welding, assembly, or machine operation experience. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic welding machines and various hand tools
  • Assemble and weld components according to established work instructions

  • Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, sleeves, jeans, closed‑toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
