Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking Production Weekenders for weekend shift coverage in Baldwinsville, NY. The role supports high-speed, automated operations with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency, working 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am depending on the shift. Weekends/weekend-only hours are required.

You will monitor quality, collect data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with a fast-paced production team to meet weekend demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Prior production, warehousing, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards.
• Perform process quality control checks.
• Use Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes.
• Load supplies into machinery.
• Record process data; this is a data-driven environment.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Production Weekenders help pump out the volume working with high speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. As a Production Weekender in the Operations Department, you will be expected to perform all of the same tasks and responsibilities of a regular, full-time employee. The only difference? Your shifts will take place on the weekends.
