Job summary

Homestead Fence Co., LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for its Mesa, AZ fabrication facility. You will support daily production operations, operate machinery, load materials to production lines, inspect finished goods for defects, and assist with shipping and handling.

The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet production goals. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse or production experience, comfort with equipment such as CNC routers and chop saws,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery (CNC router, chop saw, etc).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and defect detection.
• Able to work independently and stay productive.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 60 lbs.
• Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
• Assist in the loading of vinyl fence materials to the production lines.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assemble materials as required for pickup or shipping.
• Assist with lifting, carrying and moving heavy materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
