The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. 2 years of related experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or transportation ops.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and shipping duties based on operational needs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization for safety.
• Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for outbound shipments.
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions.
• Organize shipping documentation and records.
• Operate forklifts, roto-machines and other material handling equipment per safety protocols.
• Verify shipping orders for quantity, quality, labeling, and specifications.
• Re-palletize, label, and wrap shipments as needed.
• Communicate inventory status and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
