Boyd in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Shipping Associate to join the Shipping and Receiving team. The role requires accurate picking, staging of customer orders, documentation, and validation of products to meet our standards.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment and support a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining safety and attendance expectations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• History of safety in the workplace and solid attendance record.
• Experience using multi-directional, side loader, or swing mast forklifts to move large, heavy materials.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Examine contents and compare with records to verify shipment accuracy.
• Unload and organize products using a multi-directional forklift.
• Compute space available and bin storage size.
• Prepare and stage shipments following picklists with the determined units of measure.
• Participate in cycle counting when necessary.
• Ensure all required shift paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
