Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate in Etna Township, Ohio, to support our production team. You will read work orders, pull door slabs and components, and fabricate fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors using hand and power tools.

You will move materials between stations, inspect for defects, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and assist with light maintenance while meeting daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders for door specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine door specifications and required modifications for each order.
• Locate and pull the correct door slabs and components for production and assembly.
• Modify and fabricate fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors using hand and power tools.
• Move doors and materials between production stations, up to 75 pounds.
• Inspect work for defects and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment with light maintenance tasks.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support workflow.

The Production Warehouse Associate is responsible for interpreting work orders, identifying door specifications, and preparing materials to support production operations.
