Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate in Etna, OH to interpret work orders, select components, and fabricate doors from fiberglass, aluminum, and wood. The role involves moving doors, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean workspace in a fast-paced production environment.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour plus overtime as business requires. You will operate hand and power tools, read specs, and ensure accurate assembly while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine door specifications and modifications.
• Pull correct door slabs and components for assembly.
• Fabricate fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors using hand and power tools.
• Move doors between production stations and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
• Inspect work for defects and take corrective action as needed.

Production Warehouse Associates are responsible for interpreting work orders to meet door specifications, selecting and modifying the correct components, and using various tools to fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products. This physically demanding role includes moving doors between stations, inspecting for quality, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing additional duties as assigned to support smooth production flow.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm (overtime as business requires).

Starting Pay: $21.50/hr+

Key Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine specifications and required modifications for each door.
• Locate and pull correct door slabs and components for assembly.
• Modify and fabricate fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors using hand and power tools.
• Physically move doors between production stations, handling materials up to 75 lbs.
• Inspect work for defects or quality issues and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.
