Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting.
• 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and eliminate trip hazards in work areas.
• Learn machine capacity and drive efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Train and assist Assistant Machine Operators and others on the line.
• Complete production and safety reports accurately and timely.
