Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Utility Operator to support the manufacturing floor in producing boxes and displays for major customers.

You will work across the packaging process on a fast-paced line and help ensure quality and efficiency on a growing production team. This full-time role pays $20.00 per hour, with benefits starting within one month, paid holidays, 401(k) with partial match at three months, and paid vacation after six months.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Preferred: packaging industry experience (paper, plastics, converting).

Responsibilities

• Operate on the manufacturing floor to produce boxes and displays for major clients.
• Support packaging line tasks and quality checks.
• Adhere to safety and process standards on a fast-paced line.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
