Job summary

JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking a Production Utility – Manufacturing in Farmington, CT. Earn $21.00–$22.00 hourly on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with overtime and weekend opportunities. Overtime and Saturdays are required as needed; clean-room procedures and GMP guidelines apply.

Position may involve operating various manufacturing equipment, performing setup tasks, and inspecting parts for quality in a controlled environment. Steel-toe shoes and strong attendance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months–1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience working around machinery preferred.
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe shoes or boots.
• Must be comfortable working in a clean-room environment.
• Must be able to follow strict GMP procedures in a clean-room environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Perform machine setup and production tasks.
• Inspect parts and products for quality.
• Load and unload materials and components.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed.
