JobSquad Solutions Team in Farmington, CT is seeking a Machine Operator for all shifts. The role requires production utility/manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a clean room environment, including PPE like jumpsuits, hairnets, beard nets, and strict GMP practices.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with OT during the week and weekends. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, with 2nd and 3rd shift differentials of 10% and 15%.

Qualifications

• Production utility/manufacturing experience required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a clean room environment.
• Follow GMP and PPE protocols (jumpsuits, hairnets, beard nets, no jewelry).
• Be cross trained and open to multiple job types as needed.
