Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments, and other production duties as needed to support the business.

You will help maintain a clean work area and strive for high quality and productivity while covering for vacations and absences.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in loading/unloading of trucks as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
• Fill in for vacations/absences as needed.
