Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves a variety of production tasks, including loading/unloading trucks, preparing materials and garments for loading, and other duties as needed to support the business.

The position includes shift coverage during vacations and absences, with emphasis on keeping the work area clean and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of a shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Load or unload trucks as directed.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform production tasks classified at level four or below as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
• Support shift coverage when others are on vacation or absent.
