Join to apply for the Production Transaction Manager - Grandbridge Real Estate Capital role at Truist.

Support Coverage Bankers in processing all potential loans (both agency and non-agency execution). Manage the analyst pool to train, develop, and oversee their workload.

This role includes designing and advocating for a competitive bridge loan vehicle, focusing on “bridge-to-Agency” executions for clients of Truist’s Real Estate teams, including REITs and private equity funds. Loans are underwritten with repayment from permanent financing by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA/HUD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of loan executions for agency and non-agency transactions.
• Possess solid understanding and experience in commercial real estate and/or finance.
• Act as the primary contact for Coverage Bankers, evaluating loan eligibility for agency programs.
• Partner with underwriters for agency transactions and collaborate with the team for non-agency deals.
• Coordinate with support staff, underwriting, and credit teams for loan submissions.
• Maintain client and pipeline data in Salesforce and support revenue generation through loan origination.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CoStar, Trepp, and Argus.
• Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs.
