Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Trainee to join our team at the Gentry, AR location. You will report to the Production Supervisor and play a key role on a high-speed production line, ensuring precise packaging of our snack cakes.

You will help with packaging, inspection, and stacking of products while meeting quality and productivity targets. The role runs on 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) at the Plant 3 site in Gentry, AR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging and inspection of finished food products.
• Package unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping.
• Place wrapped snack cakes into cartons and fill cases with cartons.
• Arrange cases onto pallets for shipment; follow stacking patterns.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
