Job summary

Innophos is seeking a Production Trainee at our Nashville location to maintain safety, quality and environmental effectiveness of operations. Responsibilities include supporting packaging, observing equipment, recording data in logs and ERP, and assisting in reprocessing materials.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, willingness to rotate shifts, forklift training, basic math and log reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to learn forklift operation and basic data recording.
• Must be computer literate and able to use ERP/log systems.
• Must have good attendance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, quality and environmental effectiveness in operations.
• Support packaging operations; observe, operate, troubleshoot, clean equipment and log data.
• Reprocess material and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Move pallets and equipment using a forklift in a restricted space.
