Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking personnel to support the setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and mechanical assemblies in a production environment. The role involves following detailed test procedures, reading blueprints, and maintaining thorough documentation.

As part of the team, you will work with engineering to resolve production challenges, support new product introductions and existing qualifications, and verify test results to ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Requires setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits and components.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and diagrams to determine test specs and procedures.
• Maintains detailed records of testing and rework performed.

Responsibilities

• Work in production to perform testing and troubleshooting of components.
• Some manual assembly operations are required as part of testing.
• Follow production documentation and processes, keeping detailed records.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve production problems and support NPI and qualifications.
• Work with test specifications and schematics to perform tests and ensure product compliance.
• Verify and analyze test results, troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Help establish test infrastructure to ensure sustainable and reliable testing.
