Qualifications

• AS in Electronics Technology or related field; high-power electronics/avionics experience acceptable.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, test, or maintenance with high-power electronics or industrial control.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
• Basic electrical knowledge including circuit boards, processors, and chips.
• Familiarity with Industrial Control and Data Acquisition software (HiPot testing).
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to use hand tools and soldering equipment for basic replacement or adjustment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety; follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Testing and validation of less complex electronic assemblies and final systems.
• Troubleshooting circuitry or component-level issues with guidance as needed.
• Assist in set-up and configuration of test stands and instruments.
• Perform precision assembly and occasional rework based on test results.
• Monitor production processes for quality and productivity.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain logs of quality records and calibration data.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a clean, safe 5S environment.
