Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a production support specialist for ATE final test operations. You will lead day-to-day production line activities, manage execution, monitor yield, and help fulfill custom orders and engineering samples.

The role requires 0–2 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing, with exposure to MES software, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel for production logs. Compensation includes bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Software/Systems: Working knowledge of MES software, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel for production logs.

Responsibilities

• Machinery Operation: Set up and run production machinery (ATE test handler loading).
• Device Testing & Handler Support: Load device trays/tubes into automated test handlers. Monitor jam rates, perform basic contactor cleaning, and clear mechanical jams to maintain high machine throughput (UPH).
• Visual & Mechanical Inspection: Inspect die surfaces, bond wires, and package leads under optical microscopes for cracks, chip-outs, or solder bridging.
• Lot Inventory & Yield Tracking: Record pass/fail yields, scrap counts, and test execution data in MES/ERP tracking software. Flag low-yield lots to quality and product engineers.

Job Summary

Production support for ATE final test operations. Lead day-to-day operations of the automated IC testing and tape & reel production line for custom customer orders and engineering samples. Responsible for line execution, yield tracking, and order fulfillment. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Compensation Range

The annual base salary range for this role is $16.68 per hour – $22.00 per hour. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
