Openwork is seeking an experienced Test Operator to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. The role focuses on testing computers and peripherals, configuring BIOS, and loading OS images to ensure high-quality products prior to shipment.

Responsibilities include validating ports, running burn-in tests, and final system testing, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to set up and configure computer BIOS.
• Ability to install operating systems and images.
• Ability to identify potential problems related to computer functionality.
• Ability to install peripheral drivers and check operation of such.

TEST OPERATOR

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring an experienced Electronic Test Operator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Testing computers and computer peripherals
• Configuring BIOS according to work instructions.
• Installing operating systems & images.
• Testing all computer ports for functionality.
• Loading diagnostic programs & starting burn-in testing.
• Final testing of computer systems and peripherals to ensure that outgoing product meets all quality requirements.
• Maintaining a safe & organized work environment and practicing good housekeeping.
• Performing Hotpot and Ground-bond testing
• Perform other work-related duties assigned.
