Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of actions per the manufacturing action plan (audit, failure analysis, improvement plan).
Coordinate with test and IT resources to keep test software and data systems running and maintained.
Communicate issues to R&D and submit forms/markups for documentation updates.
Support analysis and continual improvement of production test yield; identify root causes and propose solutions.
Assist technology transfers of test processes across the global supply chain.
Define test requirements and create test processes for new products within the NPI team.
Implement new test processes and tools per action plans.
