This role verifies mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems through laboratory and field testing while collaborating with design and product development teams. The position is onsite, offers a salary range of $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years of testing, validation, or product development experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, controls, electrical systems, and data acquisition.
• Experience with LabVIEW, Catman, Somat, or similar DAQ systems preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, and work instructions from product specifications.
• Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test fixtures.
• Conduct mechanical, environmental, durability, and performance testing.
• Analyze test data, document results, and present findings to engineering teams.
• Design and build test fixtures and validate test methods.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to resolve issues and improve product performance.
