Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations program management, production, or manufacturing (defense/aerospace preferred).
• Proven track record launching products into full-rate production with condensed timelines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead production design readiness for NPI programs meeting scaling, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute production readiness plans including sourcing, supply chain, and capacity.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership to align pre-production with business goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting timelines or readiness.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on status, risks, and solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and identify issues to ensure a smooth transition to production.
• Ensure proper allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet readiness goals.
