Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring production operators for day and night shifts in our Rochester area facility. You will follow SOPs, apply lean principles, set up machines, operate packaging lines, monitor HMIs, and collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and safety.

We offer a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and a $1.25/hr night shift differential. A team-driven environment emphasizes problem-solving and continuous improvement with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and perform shop math.
• Proficient with basic computer data entry.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and consistency in production.
• Implement Lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Perform machine setups for production runs.
• Operate and maintain packaging machines.
• Monitor processes using HMI interfaces.
