Job Summary

Cannabis Production Technicians are involved in manufacturing products from initial stages to final sale-ready units, distributed to dispensaries and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate flower and oil.
• Weigh, stuff, and roll products.
• Label, sticker, and package finished goods.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.
• Learn and adapt to various strains and types of cannabis.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of health and hygiene per OSHA.
• Follow instructions and accept feedback to ensure quality.

Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in production or manufacturing roles.
• Experience in manufacturing consumable goods preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP is required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or sit for long periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Use arms and fingers for fine manipulation.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Willing to wear PPE.

Schedule and Pay

1st shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm - $16.50/hr
2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 11:30pm-8:00am - $16.50/hr
