Coulter Services is seeking a full-time Production Operator to run and monitor equipment such as mixers, mills, and palletizers to ensure products meet quality specs. You will collect samples, track tank levels, and enter data into our systems while upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions, and flexible hours including overtime and different shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Basic computer skills required for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (mixers, mills, palletizers) to meet specifications.
• Collect samples and monitor tank levels; input data into computer systems.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adhere to safety policies; perform shift work and overtime as needed.
